"HUNTER ON THE TRAIL OF INSECTS" interactive family performance 📅 07.09 (Sunday) ⏰ 3:00 PM 📍 Botanical Garden PAN, ul. Prawdziwka 2: https://maps.app.goo.gl/93LqPfxdX7X9WJkn8?g_st=ipc Free entry with the password "Hunter" A family-friendly, outdoor sensory performance Beautiful and terrifying, charming and repulsive, useful and dangerous… So far, 4 million species of insects have been discovered, and that's still not all! Their world is full of customs and experiences that are beyond human comprehension. What if we followed their trail, stood face-to-face with them? Would you swat away a fly the size of yourself from the table? Would it be so easy to kill a mosquito? Would a butterfly your height inspire awe or fear? Or maybe you'll see a world as complex as mosaic eyes, find something more in a mosquito than just a bloodsucker, taste life with limbs, or learn from a moth how to rest every day? Actors dressed in stunning costumes will embody a moth, mosquito, fly... and lead us into the sensory world of insects, engaging our senses: smell, touch, sight, hearing, and… sense of humor. The guide on this peculiar journey will be the Insect Tracker, an eccentric traveler and amateur entomologist. Be on your guard, as while guiding through the paths of knowledge, he often ventures into the wilderness of fantasy and absurdity. ⏳ Duration: 60 min The activity is part of the project "Flying Theater Art of the Body 2025 - Ursynów" and is co-financed by the Ursynów District Office of the City of Warsaw. However, they are just a part of the artistic resources of the Flying Theater Art of the Body. Since 2009, we have been traveling across the country, building our audience and repertoire around family theater. We share theater with young and very young audiences that is accessible, beautiful, and stimulates imagination. In our performances and outdoor events, the creative force is movement – this is theater for everyone. We use various techniques such as pantomime, physical theater, dance, and clowning. Our performances are created with the utmost care for visual elements.
