In addition to deep conversations and integration of moms and babies, the facilitator will propose art therapy exercises aimed at relaxing the tense nervous system, while also creating an amazing keepsake during this magical stage of anticipation. This is an extraordinary time for closeness, reflecting on the daily struggles of pregnant women, and mentally preparing for the greatest adventure of life. We work directly together, fighting the growing parental burnout and postpartum depression in Poland. 💸 The first meeting at a promotional price of 40 PLN!
