Appetizers – choose 2:

• French Fine de Claire oysters served with rice vinegar with wasabi
• selection of steamed dumplings – shrimp, chicken, spinach, xiaolongbao
• tiger prawns in tempura wrapped in golden crisp
• tuna tartare with creamy avocado, pickled ginger, caviar
• Black Angus beef tenderloin carpaccio from a Masurian farm, ponzu, pomelo, coriander, truffle oil
• toasted green beans with chili and black beans, garlic, ginger
• steamed scallops with garlic on a nest of soybean noodles

Main course:

• Peking duck: prepared according to a signature recipe, crispy skin, juicy meat, fresh garnishes – cucumber, spring onion, finished with aromatic plum sauce
