Participation fees (individuals) — the listed prices include a 20% discount valid until 5 April:

• Free – passive remote and on-site participation
• 40 PLN – active remote participation without publication
• 250 PLN – active remote participation with publication
• 120 PLN – active on-site participation without publication
• 370 PLN – on-site participation with article publication
• 440 PLN – active on-site participation with article publication and integration
• Free – for members of the FutureLAB student science club Laboratorium Przyszłości FutureLAB
• 200 PLN – publication of an additional article (fixed price)

Note: A 20% discount applies only to participants who registered and paid by 5 April. After that date, standard prices apply.

Corporate packages (from Poland):

• 1000 PLN – bronze package
• 1500 PLN – silver package
• 2500 PLN – gold package
• In the case of group registration or submission of multiple articles, individual discounts may be available.

Payments are verified once a week. Confirmation emails about receipt of payment are sent within 7 days from the moment of payment and sending proof of the executed transfer to the email address: knfuturelab@uek.krakow.pl
