About the event
Warsaw lives fast. Every day we are drawn into a whirl of duties, plans and constant rush. Work, study, school, university — everything demands our attention and commitment. In this overload it’s easy to forget yourself, what really matters, and the moment of pause that gives us strength to go on.
How often do you feel you don’t have time to pause? To look more deeply at where you’re heading? Maybe your heart is full of questions, a longing for meaning, a need for rest. Or perhaps you simply crave silence — true, deep silence in which God speaks to the heart, reminding you that you are loved and valuable.
This is not about escaping reality, but about a moment of respite that allows you to see it anew — from the perspective of God’s love and closeness. The “Warsaw, Slow Down” day of reflection is six hours in a space of silence that does not overwhelm but frees.

During the “Warsaw, Slow Down” meeting the ministry will be provided by: Fr. Mateusz Paluch OP, the Queen of Peace community (worship team), the Bet Lehem community (intercessory teams) and lay people associated with the Congregation of the Daughters of Merciful Love.
In silence you can hear God’s voice speaking to your heart. In this silence you can find the strength to stop and look at your life from a new perspective. Give yourself time to meet Him.
The event is intended for adults. Registration is open until 25 February 2026 or until places run out. Please arrive on time; due to the consistent program of the day of reflection partial participation is not possible.
