The play NOTHING HAPPENED was born out of passion and love for football, and is a tribute to the iconic figures of Polish football – a story about the professional and life journeys of footballers, always challenging, often filled with dramatic events. Ernest Wilimowski, torn between Polish and Silesian identity, blackmailed by Nazi Germany; Kazimierz Deyna – a midfield genius, a cursed player, adored and hated; Zbigniew Boniek with his 'incorrigible' temperament; Emmanuel Olisadebe, our 'white-red-black' – the first black player in the history of the national team; Robert Lewandowski, a titan of hard work on the road to international success; and Ewa Pajor, a true star of world women's football. And of course, legendary coaches, eccentrics and motivators: Kazimierz Górski, Jacek Gmoch, and Janusz Wójcik. Finally, the fans are also heroes of our show, full of love, enthusiasm, and dedication. Always loyal, even after lost matches, singing: Poles, nothing happened! And of course, they know football and strategy better than all the coaches and officials combined! With this story, we want to unite everyone around the passion that is football, reach its enthusiasts, but also infect those unconvinced, especially women who do not understand the football passions of their men. We want to show them how important it is for the quality of a relationship to celebrate sports emotions together. Supporting with children also greatly strengthens family bonds, as a child learns to experience not only victories but also defeats.
