Vedic Art Method This is a creative method that expands awareness, stimulates creativity and life energy through intuitive painting. The creator of the method is Curt Källman, a Swedish painter and graduate of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm. Vedic Art assumes that all creative power, everything we need, is within us. The method goes beyond the patterns and limitations in which we function every day, and which often effectively block us. What will happen during the workshop? In the space of a Krakow art studio, in a friendly and calm atmosphere, you will paint various paintings. The very process of painting will allow you to discover your creativity and creative power. You will paint while listening to your intuition, which is guided by Vedic principles – signposts. Painting groups are very intimate, max 4 people. You do not need to know any painting techniques, you do not need to know anything about art, and it is even better if you have no skills at all. Also remember that the paintings are not subject to any evaluation. All necessary painting tools will be at your disposal. Who am I? My name is Lidia Bogna Lesiecka. My mission is to support and inspire others to live in accordance with their nature. Through art and workshops, I help people discover and follow their talents. I believe that there is infinite creative power in each of us. I am a painter. I graduated from the Department of Printmaking at the Institute of Art at the Pedagogical University of Krakow. I was associated with the education industry as an art and art history teacher. Most of my professional life I spent in corporations, where I designed and implemented solutions in the HR area, and shared my experience during postgraduate lectures and numerous conferences. Regardless of business successes, I always felt that I was realizing the goals of others more than my own, until finally, after a long journey, I dared to return to myself, that is, to painting. And the beginning of this was Vedic Art. In art, I am closest to expressive abstraction, intuitive painting, expressing what I feel.
