2nd Warsaw-Praga Charity Tournament

We invite you to the 2nd Charity Tournament organized under the Warsaw-Praga Volleyball League.

Mixed parish volleyball teams from the Diocese of Warsaw-Praga and the Archdiocese of Warsaw.

Date: April 18
Location: Sports Hall of Primary School No. 385 named after Marshal Józef Piłsudski, ul. Klimatyczna 1, 05-077 Warsaw
Registration deadline: until April 6 (or until places run out - max. 16 teams)

This is not only sporting competition, but also a great opportunity for integration, shared fun and helping!

Prizes and medals are planned for the best teams.

After submitting the form, wait for a confirmation email about participation and further instructions.

Entry fee: 270 zł per team — payment for the organizational purposes of the tournament should be transferred to the account of the Catholic Youth Association of the Warsaw-Praga Diocese: 58 1870 1045 2078 1072 1222 0003. The payment should be made within 3 days of receiving confirmation; failure to pay frees the spot for other teams.

The second part of the entry fee is connected with the tournament's charitable mission.

We will support the Crisis Intervention Center “Dom Otwartych Serc” Caritas DWP in Otwock.

Each team is asked to prepare a package that will contain products from the list below.

The size of the package and the amount you allocate to prepare it are your team’s decision. Do it according to your possibilities and openness of heart. It is important that all items in the package are new and unused.

All donations collected during the tournament will be handed over to the Crisis Intervention Center “Dom Otwartych Serc” Caritas DWP in Otwock to support the development of the facility and its beneficiaries.

We also invite supporters from your parishes — the stands will accommodate all interested. Spectators are also encouraged to join the collection.
