I warmly invite you to the support and development group "I Gave Birth to Life." These are meetings for mothers of infants, meaning little ones up to 12 months old, and that's also what the group is about - this very special time, full of joy and challenges, beautiful and demanding at the same time, when life often changes completely. In the group, you can talk about everything you experience as a mother of a small child. And you will be accepted with it, without judgment, without "good advice." From these weekly meetings of women who are in a similar life moment flows great strength, so much needed in the first months of motherhood (when the first or subsequent child is born). We will be in a small group and a friendly space of the Ptaszyna café-club: - sharing our experiences - both the difficult and the pleasant ones, - getting to know visions of motherhood different from our own, - supporting each other in daily life, - catching a breath among other mothers of small children, - inspiring and giving inspiration to others, - giving tenderness to our bodies, - diving deep into ourselves - our feelings and needs. For 10 weeks, we will be together, just like that. That's all and yet so much! I invite you to build a small support village where everyday motherhood can be easier. The UŻ group is a cycle of 10 two-hour meetings in a closed group, meetings will take place on Mondays in a separate, closed room @klubokawiarniaptaszyna from 1 PM to 3 PM. 📅 You can come earlier to prepare the space necessary for yourself and your little one. 💰 The investment for participation in the support group is 900 PLN. The group starts on September 1 or 2, 2025, but if the minimum number of participants is not gathered by then, the start of meetings may be delayed by 1-2 weeks. Moderator: Julita Księżycka - I am a certified doula from the Doula Polska Association, a perinatal educator, psychologist, active childbirth school instructor, babywearing advisor, Shantala massage instructor, and trainer of support groups for mothers of infants. For years, I have been supporting women and couples during the perinatal period. In my work, I focus on strengthening parents in their own competencies. Privately, I am a mother of three young people.
