Thursday Ride on the Aleksandrów Loop

On Thursday, as every week, we meet at 5:30 PM at the pizzeria on the corner of Zdziarska and Ruskowy Bród, and ride calmly to the Aleksandrów loop, arriving there at 5:45 PM. 🚴‍♂️ REGISTRATION: Sign up, participate, and receive rewards from our partner DECATHLON - for cyclists who participate in at least 18 rides, DECATHLON sponsors a prize at the end of the season! https://go.decathlon.pl/c71f340a-1500-4456-96c2 Game plan: - We do one lap at a warm-up pace. - The next laps we speed up and rotate in short shifts. - If there are many participants, we will divide into groups of about 10-15 people so that everyone can contribute. - The exact plan of the activity is subject to verification. Note: - The ride aims to teach cooperation to achieve the best times while riding in a peloton. - The average speed of the ride is between 37 km/h and 44 km/h, so if someone falls behind the main peloton, they should keep pedaling and join the second peloton! - Complaints about the ride being too fast are not accepted. After everything, we meet at the beginning of the loop and return calmly to the starting point. ⚠️ ATTENTION: - If someone comes with a bike equipped with aero bars, they ride in the peloton only in the upper grip! Aero bars do not have brakes. - We move in open road traffic! - Stay in your lane unless you are sure there is no car around the corner! - If someone in a motor vehicle wants to overtake us, we let them pass, do not argue, and do not block the road. When the moment is right, we signal with a hand wave to let them overtake.
