We invite you to dance and a performance choreographed by Przemek Kamiński, featuring 40 performers selected through an open call, taking place at the newly opened Central Square in Warsaw – a green space for urban relaxation that was once used for parades, marches, and New Year's Eve celebrations, and later housed an amusement park, marketplace, and parking lot. 🌅 We meet PROMPTLY at sunset... The performance is an invitation to celebrate the last days of summer and to collectively experience nostalgia for childhood vacations, sunsets on the beach, sleepless nights, carefree passing of time, summer romances, and stargazing. 📅 On Saturday, September 13, sunset is at 6:55 PM. The day lasts 12 hours and 48 minutes – it is 3 hours and 59 minutes shorter than the longest day of the year and 5 hours and 6 minutes longer than the shortest day of the year. The Sun is in Virgo, and the Moon enters its last quarter – a time for reflection, summaries, and new beginnings. Twelve days earlier, the school year begins, and eight days later, a solar eclipse will occur. Shortly thereafter, astronomical summer will end.
