Good Practice: Yoga at Pole Mokotowskie

About the event

I invite you to a series of yoga classes at Pole Mokotowskie. My name is Ola/Olo Wojciechowska. Yoga has been my passion for over five years, and I have been learning from the best teachers tirelessly. I have been teaching classes for over two years now, and this is the only thing I would like to do professionally. 🗓️ From June to September, every Saturday from 10 to 11, I will conduct classes using the method of the outstanding teacher B.K.S. Iyengar. I invite absolutely everyone. You don't need experience, a flexible body, or any specific qualities at all. 🧘 If you have a mat, that's great, but you can also use a blanket or the grass. 🌦️ Rain and chill don't discourage me, but if the weather forecast is exceptionally unfavorable, I will inform you about the cancellation of classes for that day. 📍 We meet on the grass near the pond and volleyball courts, exact location: 52.210068, 20.993733.
