    About the event

The day after the 130th anniversary of his birth, we invite you to a walk following the footsteps of Julian Tuwim – a creator born in Łódź who, since his student years, tied his life to Warsaw. His life was neither easy nor boring, and his work was exceptionally diverse. We will recall Tuwim's lyrics, his songs, children's poems, and sharp satires. We will visit places where he lived, frequented, and described. 📅 Join us on September 14, 2025 (Sunday), starting at 12:00 in front of the Church of St. Charles Borromeo (Chłodna 21). - Organizer: Literary Salon Association - The walk will be led by Dorota Ryst – poet, cultural animator, and long-time explorer of literary traces in Warsaw (and beyond). The walk is not ticketed, but if someone feels the guide deserves a tip, it will be greatly appreciated.
