    About the event

Leon Koźmiński Academy invites you to a series of inspiring open lectures that showcase science in its most current and surprising form. This event offers the opportunity to meet outstanding experts and explore the world from entirely new perspectives. Free admission. Leon Koźmiński Academy once again joins the ranks of Warsaw's scientific institutions actively engaged in promoting knowledge as part of the Science Festival. Over nine days – from September 20 to 28 – a series of fascinating open lectures will take place at the campus on Jagiellońska Street 57, open to everyone: students, adults, and seniors. Participation in the events does not require specialized knowledge – just curiosity about the world. The program includes lectures not only on economics or capital markets but also on topics at the intersection of psychology, law, digital security, art, and philosophy. Each session will be led by experienced lecturers, scientists, and practitioners – many of them recognized authorities in their fields. On the first day of the Festival (September 20), Prof. Katarzyna Chałubińska-Jentkiewicz will introduce participants to the complexities of legal responsibility online, while Prof. Adam Noga will surprise with unexpected connections between economics and natural sciences. Subsequent days will feature, among others, a lecture on Masonic rituals, an analysis of the psychology of threats in the digital world, and a story about the artistic dimension of economics. On the final day – September 28 – Prof. Grzegorz W. Kołodko will deliver a lecture on the impact of geopolitical changes on economic development, which is sure to attract the attention of all those interested in the modern world. All events will take place at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. Participation is free, and the full schedule is available on the university's website: https://www.kozminski.edu.pl/pl/wydarzenia/akademia-leona-kozminskiego-zaprasza-na-cykl-wykladow-otwartych-organizowanych-w-ramach-festiwalu-nauki Sign up today and discover how fascinating science can be!
