📅 Date: 19-20.09.2025 📍 Location: Retro Underground Pinball Club Warsaw, Filtrowa 68 (intercom 225) Daily schedule: - Friday - 16:00 - Club opening (training/warm-up possible excluding 7 tournament machines). - 17:00 – 20:00 - “Warm-up” Qualifiers - 21:00 – 23:30 - “Warm-up” Finals - Saturday - 10:00 - Club opening - 10:30 – Attendance confirmation, Match Play registration - 11:00 - 17:00 - “Stellar Pinball Cup VII” Qualifiers (a 45-minute lunch break is planned during the qualifiers) - 18:00 - Start of the “Retro Pinball Cup VII” tournament - 18:15 - 20:00 – Round 2 of the “Stellar Pinball Cup VII” tournament - 20:15 - 22:00 – Semi-finals of the “Stellar Pinball Cup VII” tournament - 22:15 - 00:00 - Finals of the “Retro Pinball Cup VII” tournament - 22:15 - 00:00 – Finals of the “Stellar Pinball Cup VII” tournament - 00:00 - 01:00 - Tournament conclusion, trophy presentation, club closing STELLAR PINBALL CUP VII Qualifiers: - Over 5 hours, we will play several rounds in a head-to-head system. The last round starts no later than 16:45. Play-off phase: - 16 players advance (if at least 32 participants join the tournament) - 12 players advance (if 24 to 31 participants join the tournament) - 8 players advance (if fewer than 24 participants join the tournament) Play-off phase: - Matches are played on machines selected by the organizers using the 7-5-3-1 system. Organizers (as far as possible) will aim to select machines so that each group in the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds includes machines from different generations. RETRO PINBALL CUP VII (FLIPP FRENZY) - You can join the tournament at any time. - Qualifiers: Based on flipp frenzy rules. Qualifiers end after 4 hours (according to Match Play) around 22:00. 4 players advance to the finals. - Finals: 4 players will compete on 3 machines selected by the organizers. Final scoring: 7-5-3-1. “WARM-UP” TOURNAMENT - Qualifiers: Played over 3 hours on 7 machines selected by the organizer (each participant plays 1 game on each of the seven tournament machines). The top 4 or 8 players (depending on the number of participants, no more than 50%) advance to the finals (or semi-finals). - In the finals, each player selects one machine from the pool indicated by the organizer. - During the qualifiers, no non-tournament games can be played on the 7 tournament machines! Tournament games can only begin after notifying the person recording the results. All qualifying games must end before 20:00 (exceptions are games played by those responsible for refereeing and recording results). 📧 Registration: - To register, send an email to [email protected] and pay the entry fee by September 15th. 💰 Entry Fees (payable by the end of September): - Option 1: Participation in 2 Saturday tournaments – 190 PLN (180 PLN entry fee + 10 PLN IFPA fees) - Option 2: Participation in the Friday “Warm-up” tournament – 85 PLN (80 PLN entry fee + 5 PLN IFPA fees) - Option 3: Participation in all 3 tournaments (2 Saturday + Friday) – 230 PLN (215 PLN entry fee + 15 PLN IFPA fees) 🏆 Prizes: - Starry-themed trophies for players who place 1st-3rd in the Stellar Cup VII, Retro Cup VII, and Stellar Warm-up tournaments. 🍲 Additional Option: - For an extra 20 PLN, you can order a hot meal (Goulash Soup with Bread) from Mama Asia’s kitchen.
