    About the event

    We are stepping into spring with a march. Cyclical Nordic Walking sports training sessions in Wola. Group: - Sports – for advanced participants and those looking for an alternative to running, as well as preparing for Nordic walking competitions and rallies. 📅 Class schedule: - Day: Wednesdays - Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM 📍 Meeting point: - Kopiec Moczydłowski, near Czorsztyńska Street 10. Training plan: - Warm-up, followed by marches at varied paces, building endurance strength during the walk - Technical exercises to improve walking technique - Stretching at the end Routes: - We train in the green areas of Wola, using park paths and charming spots such as: - Lasek na Kole - Park na Kole - Park Szymańskiego Additional information: - Participation in training sessions is free. - No registration required. - Please bring your own Nordic walking poles. - If you are participating for the first time, you will need to fill out a participation declaration. Nordic Walking – sport, health, and passion in one Nordic walking is not just a sport but also a way to enjoy health, passion, and adventure in the fresh air. It’s an activity that allows you to appreciate the closeness of nature – in parks, forests, and picturesque trails. Regardless of the location, where you can freely walk, Nordic walking offers numerous health and recreational benefits. Sports Nordic walking – intensive training Nordic walking is not only recreation but also a form of sports activity. Walking with poles engages up to 90% of the body’s muscles, as not only the legs but also the arms, back, abdomen, and chest are involved. In the sports version of this training, jumps, uphill walks, and marches on steep slopes are also used, which further increases the intensity of the exercises.
