Are you looking for a new, energetic, and joyful activity? Want to try frisbee but don't know where to start? These open and free classes are for everyone – children, teenagers, adults, and entire families. It's a great opportunity to learn how to throw a disc, discover the basics of ultimate frisbee, and try other frisbee games and sports. All you need is comfortable clothing, some enthusiasm, and a willingness to have fun together! 📅 Where and when do the classes take place? - Date: 7.04-29.09.2025 (every Monday) - Time: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Location: Meeting point at Agrykola Park near the basketball court 💰 Cost: Free – just come and join the game! Bring comfortable sportswear and water. During the classes, various forms of disc games will be showcased: - Ultimate frisbee – a team sport where the goal is to catch the disc in the opponent's scoring zone. - Kan Jam – a game in small teams aiming to place the disc in a special basket. - Freestyle frisbee – spectacular tricks and stunts with the disc. - Double Disc Court – a dynamic team game using two discs simultaneously. - Discgolf – a precision game involving hitting special baskets with the disc.
