The play "Noce i dnie" directed by Michał Siegoczyński, prepared by the Wilam Horzyca Theatre in Toruń, will be presented on Saturday, September 20 at 6:00 PM in the Shakespeare Hall. It is an epic tale of Barbara and Bogumił's first and last love, showcasing their fates in the context of a marriage of convenience, unrequited love, romance, and death. The story unfolds against the backdrop of two visions of Poland, combining historical costumes with contemporary pop culture and maintaining a dialogue with the original work and iconic screen adaptations. The play features intense stimuli such as loud music, gunshots, cigarette smoke with a marijuana scent, as well as difficult themes: death (including that of a child), execution, drugs, suicide, and vulgarity. The event is part of the festival "Polska w IMCE. Niecodziennego Festiwalu Teatralnego." 🎭 The performance lasts 200 minutes and includes two intermissions. 💰 Tickets priced at 95 PLN are available at the "Alternatywy" reception and online at: https://example.com/online-booking. The play is intended for viewers aged 18 and older.
