Submit one army to Longshanks, and rules for playing with the second army will be provided before the event. - Participation in the tournament requires adding an army list in JSON format to Longshanks. This format can be exported from applications such as Legion HQ, DTT Army Builder, or Tabletop Admiral. - Army lists are visible to other players at the start of the tournament, but command cards remain hidden until the event ends. Terrain setup and definitions: - Table setups are prepared by the judges and organizers of the tournament and cannot be modified. - The only situation allowing terrain adjustments is the inability to place POIs according to the rules. In such cases, the terrain should be moved or rotated minimally and with mutual agreement between both players. Any doubts are resolved by the judge. - Before each game, players must discuss the terrain and define it for gameplay purposes. In case of disagreement, disputes will be arbitrated by the judges. Models: - All models must be assembled/glued in a way that allows movement, units must be easily distinguishable, and unique models (leader, heavy, non-combatant, etc.) must be clearly indicated. - Any deviations from Galactic Conquest rules, such as 3D printing, should be consulted with the organizer before the event. Gameplay rules: - We play 3 rounds in a Swiss system, with a time limit of 2h 30min per game + secret time added by the judge. - According to Galactic Conquest rules, the remaining time for the round is not disclosed. - Players are notified 15 minutes before the end of the round. This is the time to finish the current round and record the result. After this time, “Dice Down” occurs, meaning the game stops immediately, and points are calculated. - Slow play should be reported to the judges, and any stalling will be strictly penalized as cheating. - Keep the table tidy at all stages of the game. - Dice rolls must be made in a visible area for both players, and dice cannot be removed before the roll is confirmed by the opponent. - Only original dice or prize dice from the manufacturer are allowed. Dice cannot be marked (e.g., with stickers) or modified (e.g., painted). - It is prohibited to use command tokens with elements that allow identification during random draws. Penalties applicable by judges to players and/or attendees: - Warning. - Penalty points (modification of game results to the detriment of the player as decided by the judge). - Automatic game loss and/or disqualification from the tournament. Unsportsmanlike behavior that may result in penalties (not an exhaustive list, judges have the right to impose penalties at their discretion): - Disrespectful treatment of other players, organizers, or judges at the tournament and/or bystanders. - Intentional misleading of players, organizers, or judges at the tournament. - Intentional disruption of model, terrain, and/or token placement on the table. - Collecting dice too quickly after a roll without verification by the opponent. - Lack of a complete set of cards for all units and upgrades in the player's army. We warmly invite you, Matisoft Gaming Club and Galaxy on Fire
