The number of places is limited. Hubert Godusławski - lawyer and tax advisor Founder of a legal and tax office specializing in business succession, holding structures, and optimal tax planning. He gained experience in companies from the so-called Big Four (EY, PwC, KPMG) in merger and acquisition teams, international taxes, and transactions. He advised on the largest restructurings in the market, supporting VC and PE funds in acquisition and post-transaction projects. He dealt with, among others, transaction analysis in terms of due diligence, the Principal Purpose Test clause, special clauses, and beneficial-owner status. Later, as an in-house advisor in one of the largest private capital groups in the world, he coordinated issues of international taxes, transfer pricing, and withholding tax, responsible for implementing global compliance standards. He served as Deputy Director at the Ministry of Finance, where he represented Poland in the European Commission's working group on withholding tax. Author of publications and analyses in industry press. Today, in his office, he advises entrepreneurs and their families, focusing on: - family foundations - as a tool for succession and asset protection, - holding structures and multi-generational planning, - M&A and real estate transactions, - tax planning using international instruments. He combines the perspective of a tax advisor, lawyer, and business practitioner - so that the proposed solutions are not only legally compliant but also effective and durable.
