I will talk about how I built the service https://bajkopisanie.pl/?utm_source=chatgpt.com in two months using AI and the tool lovable.app. I will show the traps I fell into despite my experience in product management – perfectionism, overengineering, and cognitive biases. I will share insights about goal-oriented work, testing, and validation with others. I will also discuss how AI realistically helps (and hinders) and provide practical tips for organizations on rapid prototyping.
