Dear Woman! I call you to the 19th Women's Circle 50+ at Wolska Mozaika at WCK in Warsaw. The circle is a safe, sacred space where we can show ourselves without masks and express everything that lies in our hearts. It is a meeting of conscious women who share with each other in deep truth. We talk about our feelings and experiences from the position of an open heart. We give and receive attention and support from other women. We can see ourselves reflected in our sisters like in a mirror, receiving reflection, confirmation, understanding, empathy, and compassion. In the circle, we are all equal, we all create the energy of the circle, and we are equally responsible for it. If you are attending the circle for the first time, please read the following rules carefully: - We call women 50+ to our circle. - The circle is a sacred space, created equally by all participants who, through mutual respect, support, and open hearts, generate healing energy. It is not a social gathering or therapy! - This is sacred time for each of us. We do not arrive late and do not leave before the circle is closed. - Participants speak when they receive the "talking object" (stick, stone, etc.). The speaking woman shares what is alive within her, talks about herself, her experiences, feelings, and experiences. She does not deliver general truths or quote book wisdom! - Other women listen attentively without interrupting, judging, or criticizing. They do not give advice! - There is no obligation to speak. You can express yourself through silence, singing, dancing, or in any other way. - The meeting follows the principle of confidentiality. What is said in the circle stays in the circle. - Without asking/permission, we do not touch objects placed on the altar by other women. - If a woman takes too much time for herself or breaks the rules, the Keeper has the right and duty to draw attention. - The circle is free of charge. - Before the circle begins, participants cleanse themselves with white sage to purify the space and their aura. 📅 TIME: Saturday, September 6, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM 📍 LOCATION: Wolska Mozaika, ul. WHAT TO BRING: - Photos of ancestors, spiritual teachers, a power object if you have one, - A small snack for the shared table, possibly tea, - Drinking water, - If needed - something soft for your seat (we sit on chairs!). Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to ground yourself, make tea, and so we can start promptly at 5:00 PM. See you in the circle! ABOUT THE CALLER I began my spiritual development path in Hungary (where I lived from 1984-2013) with Buddhist meditation practice in Thich Nhat Hanh's sangha, participation in personal development workshops, and circle dancing. After returning to Poland, I encountered women's circles. I felt the power of women's community and was deeply enchanted by the healing energy of the circle. After several years of experience in circles with young women, I longed to sit with mature women. Since the beginning of 2023, I have been calling women's circles 55+. Now, responding to the high demand for circle meetings, I decided to lower the age limit from 55 to 50 years. Since 2024, I have been part of the Women's Circle Elders in Poland.
