We invite you to yet another walk through the streets of Mokotów. This time, we will explore the area around Rakowiecka Street, Independence Avenue, and the "gray houses" estate. We will talk about Maria Dąbrowska, Jan Brzechwa, Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, Krystyna Krahelska, and other authors. We will recall such diverse texts as "The Hour of the Crimson Rose," "Conversations with an Executioner," and the poems of Andrzej Sosnowski. As always, there will be no shortage of anecdotes, curiosities, and quotes. 📅 Join us on September 13, 2025 (Saturday), starting at 12:00 PM at Rakowiecka 37 Street (in front of the entrance to the Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the Polish People's Republic). The walk will last approximately 2 hours. Organizer – Literary Salon Association The walk will be led by Dorota Ryst – poet, cultural animator, and long-time explorer of literary traces in Warsaw (and beyond). The walk is not ticketed, but if anyone feels the guide deserves a tip, it will be greatly appreciated.
