Autumn at Hala Koszyki promises to be delicious! 🍽️ On September 17th, Hala Koszyki will host the premiere of the "New Warsaw Menu," which will take you on a journey full of flavors rooted in Warsaw's tradition, but presented in modern, unique versions! There is no other place in Warsaw like Koszyki. The first Polish food hall, even in its early days as a market hall, was stocked by the hands of homemakers, mothers, fathers, and grandmothers, providing the capital with products used to create everyday meals. Among them were classics such as pork loin, beef rolls, or Warsaw-style herring, which for years were lovingly served on Mazovian tables. This culinary heritage became the starting point for creating a unique initiative that we are delighted to present to you. In the special autumn menu, alongside reinterpretations of capital classics prepared by the chefs of our restaurants, you will also find winning dishes based on traditional Warsaw cuisine with a creative twist, selected in the final of the "We Count on Your Dish" competition. 📅 Join us for tasting starting September 17th!
