Specializes in Oracle GoldenGate-based solutions, ensuring reliable data flow between heterogeneous environments. Combines architectural knowledge with engineering practice in building resilient and scalable data platforms. Kamil Dawidowski, Senior Solution Architect Leader of the development team at Goldenore, responsible for the development of GIFRÖST – a proprietary solution for real-time data replication. An expert in Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and Debezium. Has years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions and data processing systems in distributed architecture. Focuses on high availability, scalability, and reliability of stream-based solutions. Combines deep technical knowledge with a practical approach to solving complex problems. Jarosław Morawski, AI Expert An experienced technology leader with over 20 years in IT, specializing in the application of artificial intelligence in commercial environments. At Goldenore, he is responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions based on machine learning and Generative AI. Author of groundbreaking projects, including the first RAG system in banking and the text2SQL solution for the Teradata platform. Effectively combines advanced data analytics with business goals, supporting organizations in digital transformation. Jakub Fila, Senior IT Architect A graduate of Applied Mechanics and Physics / Applied Mathematics and MBA studies in managerial accounting and finance at the Warsaw University of Technology, combining deep technical knowledge with excellent business understanding. His areas of expertise include system and solution architecture, application design and efficient programming, data warehouses, big data processing, numerical computations, and machine learning algorithms. Gained experience working for IBM, Teradata, Accenture, Deloitte Digital, and BCG Platinion.
