During the event, DJ Kysari will take us on an intentional musical journey, leading to spontaneous dance, emotional release, and deep body relaxation. Music from various corners of the world will inspire movement that becomes a natural expression of your energy and emotions. It's a time to find joy, lightness, and harmony within yourself, as well as establish authentic connections with others in an atmosphere of full acceptance. Why is it worth it? Ecstatic Dance allows you to discover your inner potential, develop awareness, and experience the ecstasy of being in the present moment. It's a unique space where everyone can be themselves, without expectations or judgments. Event schedule: - Silent meditation - intention and connection Join us at 7:30 PM, where we'll start with silent meditation, gathering in a circle. This practice will help calm the mind, tune into the group's energy, and mindfully meet what each of us brings. It's a perfect time to formulate the intention with which we'll spend the evening together. - Opening circle - welcome and setting rules We'll officially greet each other, briefly discuss the rules of Ecstatic Dance, and then anyone who wishes can introduce themselves by name and share their intention for the evening. - Dance warm-up - entering the body To the sounds of gentle music, we'll allow ourselves to move from the head to the body. A guided warm-up will help release tension and open up to being "here and now." It's a time to feel your body, breath, and natural rhythm. - Intuitive dance journey Ecstatic Dance - a time of complete freedom The main part of the event, where the charismatic DJ Kysari (Kris Leczek) will be your dance guide. Kris will create a space full of unique rhythms that will lead you through various emotions, rhythms, and vibrations. You can dance individually, with others, explore contact improvisation, or simply be in silence and movement flowing through you. It's a space where every movement is right, and spontaneity is the key to authenticity. - Relaxation with the sounds of Tibetan bowls - immersion in peace Deeply relaxing concert on therapeutic Tibetan bowls will bring solace. Their vibrations will help harmonize the body and mind, completing the dance journey in an atmosphere of peace and gratitude. It's a time to pause and notice how your energy has changed. - Closing circle - sharing or silent presence A shared ending in a circle will allow everyone to share their impressions or simply be together in silence. It's a moment to retain the dance energy within and conclude the journey with a sense of gratitude for the shared space.
