The concert "Black and White" by Mietek Szcześniak with his band will take place on Sunday, September 21, at 6:00 PM in the Shakespeare Hall. 🎤 Mietek Szcześniak, an artist who has proven for years that pop music can be more than just entertainment, will present material from the album "Black and White" – a record that earned him a Fryderyk award in the Best Vocalist category and recognition from critics and listeners. It features twelve songs about love, longing, tenderness, faith, and hope, which in his interpretation gain new depth. The vocalist, with his characteristic sensitivity, avoids pathos and cheap sentimentality, and his lyrics and performances remain sincere, unpretentious, and moving. During the concert, we will hear not only refined pop but also jazz nuances, folk motifs, and a wide musical diversity reflecting the character of this album.
