The Main Temple Wu Bong Sa in Warsaw cordially invites you to a three-day meditation session YMJJ with Agata Hae In JDPSN. Agata Hae In has been practicing meditation since 2000 in the Japanese Soto and Korean traditions. For 15 years, she underwent traditional Zen training, residing in temples and centers in Poland, the USA, and Korea, where she took monastic vows. She has spent over 4 years in silent retreats. Currently, as a layperson, she runs the podcast “Clear Mind – Buddhism, Science, Culture.” She holds a master's degree in philosophy and psychology and works in the field of mental health, focusing on spiritual bypassing, changes in self-boundaries, and the impact of the body and breath on concentration and mental clarity. --- 📅 The retreat will begin on Thursday, 04.09 at 6:30 PM and end on Sunday, 07.09. On Friday, 05.09 at 6:00 PM, there will be a second entry for those who cannot join on Thursday. Right after the retreat ends, at 12:00 PM, we invite you to the Dharma Talk, an open meeting where Agata Hae In will share more about Zen and answer participants' questions. --- YMJJ is an event for everyone. On the day the retreat begins, there will be a brief introduction to our practice forms for newcomers. If you already know the basics of meditation and want to challenge yourself with a longer session, YMJJ is perfect for you! We also encourage experienced practitioners from the Kwan Um School to participate, as their presence always supports the entire group. An important rule during YMJJ is the rule of silence. We strive to maintain silence and behave quietly to help both ourselves and other participants discover the original silence of our minds.
